What is Alpha Stim Technology?
Alpha-Stim Technology uses a unique, patented waveform of electrical current to balance the electrochemical function of the brain in order to improve patients’ emotional and physiological states.
How does Alpha Stim Therapy work?
Patients apply ear-clip electrodes that deliver a low-amplitude, rhythmic current to the brain, which helps regulate brain cells’ electrochemical signals and return them to a balanced, normal functioning state.
In a 2022 study, it was shown that Alpha-Stimulation therapy helped reduce anxiety more than midazolam, a common anxiolytic.
There have been over 100 studies proving that alpha-stim significantly reduces anxiety in patients.
